KKAThe Ktah Khas or KKA was one of the initial national counter-terrorism units for Afghanistan The KKA is also known as the Afghan Partnering Unit or APU. Reportedly, it was initially trained and funded by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). In the summer of 2017 the Afghan government established the National Mission Brigade (NMB) under the Afghan National Army Special Operations Command (ANASOC). Ktah Khas was moved under the command of the NMB and was redesignated as the 1st Special Operations Kandak (SOK) of the NMB. [1] Videos:
