Federal Admission Programme for Afghanistan
New Afghan Assistance Plan. On October 17, 2022, the
German government announced that it has has introduced a new federal
admission plan to assist at-risk Afghans who need to leave Afghanistan.
This new plan will be implemented in cooperation with civil-society
organizations. Afghans who are eligible include those who have exposed
themselves to particular risk as members of women's or human rights
groups, judges, senior government officials, media, and others.
